Our strawberry cake recipe contains only quality ingredients - strawberries, light sponge cake, mascarpone cream, whipped cream and chocolate and lotus cookies - nothing more, nothing less. We don't normally put gelatine on strawberries - there's no need for it as our strawberries are completely fresh, beautifully red and sweet.
